It all begins by throughly cleaning soap, removal of any paint or coating applied prior, careful inspection and repair of any surface damage like chips, acid damage or surface wear, rust, etc. Complete protection of bathroom area and surrounding hallways, floors, etc. Ventilation set up by use of an exhaust blower to remove fumes to outside air, then expert application of primer and acrylic urethane coatings, when dry, we complete the job by removing all paper, plastic coverings and tapes then we apply a professional caulking line for a complete finished look.
